Invitation IEEE AP-S/MTT-S Joint Distinguished Instructors Workshop
Dear colleagues from Spain,
On 24th of October 2025 (10 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. CEST) there will be an IEEE Distinguished Instructors Workshop (DIW) being jointly organized by the sister Education Committees of AP-S and MTT-S.
The workshop addresses undergraduate or tertiary students to raise the interest for the development of future wireless communication and sensing systems by bridging the gap between academic studies and the development of next-generation wireless communication technologies.
Starting with three highly inspiring short talks, the students will have the opportunity to discuss with our three speakers afterwards in a panel session.
Please circulate the flyer among your colleagues, and encourage them and your students to participate.
The organization of local events with groups of students connecting altogether from class at the university is highly recommended and appreciated.
For the faculty members who want to host the workshop in the classroom, please send their full names and email addresses to us, so we can include them in the Panelist for enabling the cameras.
Also, individual logins from home or any other place are more than welcome!
Please find attached the flyer with all the information and the link to join the zoom meeting
Do not hesitate to contact us in case of further questions.
Best regards,
Yang, Simon, and Bernd
