Call for abstract open as of February 21st, 2022 and closes at March 2nd, 2022, the first Workshop of the EUt+ European Telecommunications and Network Institute will be held in hybrid form online/onsite, on March 14th, 15th, 2022.

  • Practical Information

This call for abstracts for the first workshop of the EUt+ Telecommunications and Networks Institute is open for all eight partners of the European University of Technology (EUt+). The abstract of 2 pages maximum is intended to be a brief summary of the research activities of interest for the Telecommunications and Network institute.
The workshop will be online with different sessions over two days. Each presentation will be around 15min with 2/3 min of questions.

Description

The aim of this first workshop is to offer an opportunity to all partners to present their research activities related to Technologies and Services for
Telecommunications. Researchers are encouraged to submit their contributions in the following topics (but not limited to):

  • Software Defined Network (SDN) and Network Function Virtualization (NFV).
  • Mobile networks 5G, 6G, TSN.
  • Artificial Intelligence applied to communications.
  • Technologies for Telecommunications (Photonics, Microwaves, Space, Sensors, Electronics, Hardware Architectures, Modulations, Protocols, etc.).
  • Services for Telecommunications (Smart Cities, Intelligent Transport Systems, V2X, Satellite, Internet, Web, etc.).
  • Signal processing applied to telecommunications.
  • Cybersecurity in Telecommunication and Networks.
  • Wireless communications (IoT, eHealth, SDR, Channel characterization, etc.).
  • Optical Networks, Network planning.
  • Cloud Computing (Edge, Fog, MEC, etc.).

Deadlines

Call for abstracts opens on February 21st, 2022 and closes on March 2nd, 2022. Submission of abstracts through e-mail to any of the local organizing committee member (see above).

Acceptance notification on March 7th, 2022.
